  • Are your inflatable rentals clean?

    Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

  • Do your inflatable rental units contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?

    All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

  • What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?

    Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and inflatable interactive games at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

  • Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?

    Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do not provide a water hoses or water when renting a water unit.

  • Does the rental have to be set up on grass?

    Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

  • Do you have insurance?

    Yes, We are fully insured and are able to add your event venue, company name or anyone else that may request an additional insured certificate. Please allow 5-7 business days to have the certificate issued as it requires the insurance company to issue it.

  • What inflatables are good for teenagers?

    We all know that teenagers are hard to please. 



    What we do know about teenagers is they are still children and love to have fun with their friends. 



    Teenagers love challenges and although they have outgrown plain regular bounce houses they still love Water Slides, “Rocky” the bull, Rockwall’s, and any of our large selection of Inflatable interactive games. 

  • How do I know what units will be good for a wide range of children?

    When planning for a wide range of children we always suggest to get a few different units to meet all their needs. 



    If it is a large event and their will be some children under 5 we suggest you select a small bounce house to give them a safe place to jump. 



    Obstacle courses and inflatable giant slides are good for all ages. Bigger is not always better when talking about the slide height. If their will be a wide range of children choose a slide that is 16-20′ high would be ideal. The older kids will still will enjoy a slide this tall and the little ones will love it. Sometimes the taller slide will intermediate and scare the little ones and will not enjoy it. 

  • What area's do you service?

    There is no straight forward answer. Although our motto is : We go where you pay for us to go!



    We are located in Sacramento but have a large customer base in the Bay area and all of Northern California. We have gone as far as New York for a specialty  tradeshow Rockwall rental, so to answer your question we go anywhere. 

  • Do you deliver and set up my inflatable rental ?

    Yes, delivery, set up and tear down are all included in the price of the rental.

  • How far in advance do I need to reserve my inflatable rental?

    We suggest you lock in your items as soon as you have a date, location and time of your event or party. 



    We have people that do event every year and book 1 year in advance to insure they get the items they want. 



    Some popular items like “Rocky” the bull, Bungee Jump, Dizzy X, Kapow and some of our Interactive Inflatable games we only have 1 of. So to ensure you get the items you desire for your event we suggest booking it as soon as possible. 



    We do limit how many event we take in 1 day. Our number 1 priority is to provide and deliver a safe fun event and we do not allow ourselves to take on more then we have qualified staff for.

  • Can I pick up the inflatable rental; I am renting ?

    No, for your safety and the safety of your guest we do not allow for items to be picked up at our Wearhouse. 



    We deliver, set up and inspect ever unit before we leave the event.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, we require a 50% deposit to confirm an order. 



    Why do you require a deposit ? Deposits are required because we have a lot of specialized equipment that more then 1 customer wants on the same day. A deposit shows a commitment and insures that we will not miss out on a rental that we could have booked with another customer. 



    The additional 50% is do at the time of set up or if paying with a card it must be processed 72 hours prior to the event. Our staff at the event do not have the ability to process card payments.

  • What payment types do you take?

    We accept all major credit cards. Please note there is an processing fee when paying with a card. We try to make this process as seamless and convenient as possible, you are able to make a credit card deposit threw the link you are sent with the contract. 



    We also accept Cash and Company Check, sorry no personal checks accepted.

    Final Payment : We can collect cash or check at the time of set up at your event. If paying with a card it must be processed 72 hours prior to the event. Our staff at the event do not have the ability to process card payments.

  • What is your cancelation policy ?

    Mobile Rock USA-Cancellation and Rain Policy: This contract, after signing, is a legal and binding contract.



    To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given – at least 48 hours prior to start of your event.



    Cancellation of event with less than 48 hour notice forfeits entire deposit.



    Cancellation after set-up has begun forfeits any refund.



    Postponement of event with at least 1-week notice may entitle you to use all or part of your deposit towards a timely rescheduled event at our discretion.



    Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement.



    RAIN : We do not cancel due to rain alone. however, you are able to cancel or reschedule at anytime for any reason. Depending on the items booked we look and assess any safety concerns that rain may create. We will NOT delivery tall metal items due to the higher risk of lighting. 



    WIND: We will cancel if a wind advisory is issued or high winds are possible for the day of your event. Safety is our number 1 priority at wind is a HUGE safety concern.

  • Will I need a generator for my inflatable rental?

    You will need to provide power. If power is not available then you will need a generator. 



    Most of our units use 1 blower to blower. Some of the larger slides and obstacle courses require up to 3 blowers to operate. 



    With the larger units we suggest getting a large generator to take some of the load off your electrical.



     Rocky” the bull, Dizzy X, Kapow, Rocket Ride, Meltdown, rental we highly suggest a specialize generator. If there is not adequate power for these items it may not work at full compacity and or work at all.

  • How much power to I need with my inflatable rental?

    Inflatable rentals require consent power while in use.



    We require for each blower to have a dedicated 20amp circuit. 



    Most of our units use 1 blower to blower. Some of the larger slides and obstacle courses require up to 3 blowers to operate. 



    With the larger units we suggest getting a large generator to take some of the load off your electrical.



    ”Rocky” the bull, Dizzy X, Kapow, Rocket Ride, Meltdown, rental we highly suggest a specialize generator. If there is not adequate power for these items  it may not work at full compacity and or work at all.
