Safety is Mobile Rock USA number one priority. All inflatables have the rules prints on a label attached to each unit with specific instructions for each unit. You are responsible to read instructions for each unit. Failure to follow instructions could lead to injury or damage to the unit.
Typically, each unit allows for 5-8 kids of same size and jumping ability in at a time. Some basic rules for all inflatables:
No shoes – Shocks are optional
No sharp objects
No Glasses
No Flipping
No kicking
NO SILLY STRING
No food or candy
Do not allow older kids or adult jump with small kids at the same time

What kind of surface can the inflatables or Rockwall’s be set up on?

We suggest grass above any other surface. Grass helps reduce the heat on hot day, makes for softer landing and your guest at your event tend to stay a little longer.
Our inflatables can also be set up indoors surfaces, asphalt and concrete.
SUFACRES THAT WE CAN NOT SET UP ON
Sand, Gravel, Rocks, Bark or Mulch, large twigs or branches and surface area must be free of any animal droppings.

How much electricity do I nee need for my event?

Mobile Rock USA makes this pretty easy. Ever inflatable, extreme attraction or anything we have to offer our website will tell you how blower motors is required to operate the unit. Ever inflatable requires a minimum of 1 blower, some of the large units require 2-3 blowers to operate.
Mobile Rock USA does not supply a power source unless requested. Each blower motor will need a dedicated 20AMP circuit to run it. Each blower motors uses 8-12AMPS. There is a surge at the starting of each blower and due to this surge, that is why you are only able to run 1 blower off each breaker. For larger events with multiple units, we highly suggest using generator to pull the power from. Adequate electric is very important and a huge safety concern if there is not adequate power and this could lead to the unit deflating while children are inside. Selecting your set up area is important if you are trying to use the available electricity. Each blower motor must be within 50 feet of the source of electricity – whether it be an outlet or a generator. Each blower comes with a 50-foot cord to help extend power over the 50’.
